Teddy started out today in the Carter's bodysuit(Reuben) and Old Navy jeans.

This faux-layered hooded tee and track pants are from Carter's by way of Reuben.

Dinosaurs

Tillie has been waiting for Teddy to wear this Talbots Kids outfit since we looked at all of Reuben's clothes on Sunday night.  Talbots doesn't have a kids line anymore, but I remember shopping there with my mom for Kizie. It was a nice blast from the (recent) past.

It appears that Teddy was excited about this outfit too.

Fleece Stripes

A cozy striped one-piece from Gap's Micromonters line is Teddy's Reuben-Hand-Me-Down today.  I love how cute and snuggly he looks.

Owl Baby

Today's "Reuben outfit" is a henley owl one-piece from Old Navy.  Tillie is a big fan of this one.

Overalls

You all know I'm a sucker for overalls, so I was happy to see a couple pairs in our bin from Reuben.  These ones are Carter's.

TONS of hand-me-downs!

Teddy's friend Reuben is 10 months older than him.  Last night we got bins of Reuben's clothes for Teddy to use.  It was like an early Christmas for me!  Today Teddy is wearing a Carter's firetruck outfit.  It was nice for his doctor's appointment this morning because I could but the shirt on before vaccinations and it was easy to slip the pants on right after.  (Tillie wearing dresses and BabyLegs was even easier.)

Christmas Tree and Snow

There was traces of snow left on the ground this morning.  We're also getting our Christmas tree tonight so I thought it was a good day for Teddy to wear his reindeer tee.  It's Jumping Beans brand, and is size 3m.  I'd say it runs a little big.  He's wearing it with his Gymboree Little Copter cords -- they go with so much!  He wears them all the time.  They're lined, so I love that they're nice and comfy for him.

My Little Acorn

Teddy is wearing one Tillie's hand-me-down outfits today.  It's from Janie and Jack's A Little Acorn line.  Could there be a line more perfect for my family?  We actually own most of it - kimono outfit, sweater pants, cardigan, one-piece romper, socks, hat, and gown.

Thanksgiving Outfit

Our family ended up all wearing brown, camel and red on Thanksgiving.  It was kind of on accident, but it was kind of awesome.  Teddy is wearing Gap cords, a Gap Portobello bodysuit, a Gymboree Baby Lizard button-up and Gap Greenwich socks.  Hooray for brand/line mixing!

Falling For You

I bought Teddy this Gap outfit at a garage sale thinking the 0-3m would be perfect for this fall.  It's still a little big, but finally looks okay on him(especially in this picture.  I promise it's actually a little big).  Teddy's growing a lot faster than Tillie did, at least he looks healthier, but newborn clothes(non-one-piece) still fit him best at 7 weeks.  I'm baffled by people who say you don't need newborn clothes at all because they get worn for a few days before they're outgrown.  I'm eager to find out what he weighs at his doctor's appointment on the 5th.

Luckily, I only paid 75¢ for it.  I'd feel weird putting this on him after Thanksgiving.  Yes, I know I have weird clothing rules.

Nuts About Mommy

I bought this Carter's outfit on clearance at Macy's when I was pregnant with Tillie.  It's perfect for this fall boy baby!

Third Outfit of the Day

This boy spits up.  Tillie never did.  I'm starting to see why moms say their kid goes through so many outfits in a day.

The Gap Brick Lane bodysuit is from my friend, Robin.  My mom says Tillie picked out the Genuine Kids overalls at Target when she stayed with them when Teddy was born.  They're still a little big.

Bear

Teddy's wearing his Gap Sun Valley bodysuit today with Circo jeans.  The Circo jeans are the "dorky" style with a wide knit waistband.  But hey!  They were 50¢ at a garage sale.  With this double layer bodysuit it covers the waistband nicely.  I love these kinds of bodysuits.

Monkey

Today Teddy and I went to a craft fair.  Word on the street was that no strollers were allowed.  Word was wrong... However, since i knew I would be wearing Teddy in the BabyBjorn I didn't want him to be wearing socks that could get lost.  I bought this Carter's outfit at a consignment sale. Today I layered a long sleeved bodysuit under it for warmth.

Stripes and Cords

Today Teddy is wearing a Gap Portobello striped bodysuit that was a gift from my college roommate, Robin.  The Gap cords I bought at a garage sale for a dollar.  They're still a little big(0-3m).

Trees

When I saw this bodysuit at Old Navy I knew I had to get it.  Luckily I found it for $2 on clearance.  He's wearing it with Old Navy jersey lined denim.  Both items are size 0-3.  We put socks on before we left the house.

Baby Blue

Well, it's official.  Both of my kids look good in baby blue.  Teddy is wearing a Gymboree Brand New Baby crocodile tee and pants today.  The tee is short-sleeved so I added his hoodie from another Brand New Baby line.  (The newborn layette at Gymboree is always called Brand New Baby.)  The socks are from Gap and actually stay on now that his feet are a little bigger.

Overalls

I love overalls on little kids.  While sorting through buckets I found that Teddy has at least 2 pairs in each size up to 12m.  I pick them up when I find them cheap at garage sales and forget about them.  You really can't have too many overalls, so it's not a problem for me!  I got these Gap ones for $1 or so.  They're lined which makes them great for a newborn.  They're also from 2001 so they've been washed a lot which makes them even softer.  He's wearing them with a Carter's bodysuit.  (The green happens to be a perfect match for Tillie's Mini-Boden dress, which she is wearing today.)
